Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 9th October, 2024. By the said order, in light of the averments made in the affidavit-in-reply filed by the Respondents that the impugned order has been passed without assigning proper reason and the order is contrary to the provisions of law, the Petition came to be admitted.

Mr. Sawant, learned Senior Advocate submits that the present application has been taken out for clarifying the averments based on sa_mandawgad 1 of
