At the outset, Mr. Godbole would persuade the Court to permit Applicants in Interim Application to implead State of Maharashtra and MHADA as party Respondents. He would inform the Court that Special Land Acquisition Officer is already impleaded as party Respondent but in order to obviate any issue with respect to impleadment of State, he seeks aforesaid order of impleadment. Amendment as desired by the Applicants is permitted to be carried out forthwith in the presence of Court itself. Reverification stands

dispensed with. Copy of amended cause-title is directed to be served on all the Respondents.

Mr. Godbole has taken me through Interim Application and drawn my attention to order dated 07.05.2025. He would submit that time be granted to Applicants to comply with the order dated 07.05.2025. In addition thereto, he would persuade the Court to record the fact that Respondent Nos.6 and 7 are legal heirs of the Petitioner as also Applicants in the Interim Application. 3.1.

He would inform the Court that service of Petition is effected on all Respondents and Affidavit of service has already been filed on 09.06.2025.

He would persuade the Court to grant Humdast in order to serve Respondent Nos.8 and 12. Humdast to serve Respondent Nos.8 and 12 through the Court Office is granted. Copy of the Interim Application is directed to be served on Respondent Nos.8 and 12 accordingly.

All Respondents are directed to remain present on the next adjourned date either in person or through their respective Advocates. Respondents in the Interim Application are directed to file their Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of two weeks from today with an advance copy served on the other side.

Stand over to 25th June, 2025.
