Heard Mr. Dharap, learned Advocate for legal heirs of Respondent No.8 and for Respondent No.12 and Mr. Joshi, learned AGP for Respondent.

Mr. Dharap, learned Advocate appears on behalf of legal heirs of Respondent No.8. He would submit that despite Respondent No.8 having been expired, learned Advocate for Petitioner has not taken cognizance of the details of legal heirs given to him and has not

125.IA.8142.2025.doc impleaded legal heirs of said deceased Respondent No.8 in the Writ Petition as also in the Interim Application which is filed for bringing legal heirs of some of the deceased parties to the Petition. 4.

He would submit that on 12.06.2025, all necessary details have already been given to the learned Advocate for Petitioners. If so Advocate for Petitioners is directed to take cognizance of the said details and accordingly take out an Application for impleadment of legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.8 or submit draft Amendment in that regard to the Court so that appropriate orders can be passed. 5.

Copy of this order shall be served on Advocate for Petitioners.
