Insofar as prayer clauses (a) and (b) is concerned, the same has already been granted.

Prayer clause (c) seeks impleadment of proposed Respondent Nos. 3 to 13 who are tenants/occupants of the subject premises as party Respondents.

Learned counsel appearing for proposed Respondents does not oppose the impleadment. In view thereof, prayer clause (c) is allowed. 4.

Prayer clause (d) seeks to take on record the consent of proposed Respondent Nos. 3 to 7, 9 to 11 and 13. Learned counsel appearing for proposed Respondent Nos. 3 to 7, 9 to 11 and 13 admits that Consent Affidavits have been signed by them. In view thereof, prayer clause (d) is allowed.

Insofar as prayer clauses (e) and (f) are concerned, the same seeks quashing and setting aside of the impugned order by holding that the proposal of acquisition has been abandoned. As the Petition is proposed to be taken up for final hearing, the said prayers to be considered at the time of final hearing.

Interim Application stands disposed of in the above terms. Writ Petition No. 1271 of 2006 :
