Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 26 June 2025. In addition to the Court notice, learned advocate for the petitioner/applicant is permitted to serve the respondent by private service by all permissible modes and place on record an affidavit of service.

Till the adjourned date of hearing, the applicant is directed to deposit the entire compensation as awarded, alongwith interest, with the Registry of MACT. Subject to such deposit which is to be undertaken within four weeks, the impugned order shall remain stayed.
