The above Interim Application is filed seeking a stay of the Judgment and Award dated 21st September 2024 passed by the the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal ("MACT"), Sangli in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 20 of 2021.

In this Interim Application, an ad-interim order was passed on 7th May 2025 staying the operation of the impugned Judgment and Award on the condition that the Appellant-Insurance Company deposit the entire compensation Award along with interest with the Registry of the MACT. It is common ground before us that the entire decretal amount along with interest has been deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company with the MACT. Considering these circumstances, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:- "b) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present first appeal, to stay the effect, operation, implementation and/or execution of the impugned judgment, award and order dated 21.09.2024 passed by the Ld. Member, M. A. C. T. ,Sangli in M. A. C. P. No. 20 of 2021"

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
