Mr. Paranjape, learned special counsel for the Respondents - State says that the hearing has been concluded

on 27th May, 2025 and the order will be passed. Time granted by this Court in terms of Clause (iii) of the order dated 9th May 2025 has already expired on 4th June 2025 but the order has not been passed. In such circumstances, it was incumbent on the part of the concerned respondent to file an application for extension of time. We find no such application is filed. We do not appreciate the request made on behalf of the Respondent No.3 orally for extension of time. This may be communicated to the concerned.

We call upon the Respondents-State to file an affidavit as to why the order passed by this Court has not been complied with.
