Neeta Sawant 913-INTERIM APPLICATON NO.8154-2025.docx 2) Mr. Ardeshir, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that access shall be granted to the Petitioner every day from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. for removal of goods and articles. Mr. Ardeshir would further submit that in the event of the Petitioner seeking to reconnect the disconnected electricity supply from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL) for the limited purpose of removing all goods and articles, the Applicant shall not raise any objection and shall extend co-operation for such reconnection of electricity supply. It is clarified that in the event of the Petitioner being unable to reconnect the electricity supply, the same cannot be cited as a pretext for seeking extension of time to remove the goods.
3) It is made clear that in the event of inability or failure on the part of the Petitioner to remove any goods or articles by 20 May 2025, the Applicant-Bank shall be at liberty to go ahead with auction process of the premises and if needed, remove any goods and articles of the Petitioner remaining in the premises at the risk and costs of the Petitioner.
4) In view of arrangement agreed between the parties, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the Interim Application. The same is accordingly disposed of.
