By this interim application, the applicant-petitioner prays that the results of the students referred to in the communication dated 23rd April 2025 issued by the Principal of the said College that have been withheld be directed to be declared. It is pointed out that by order dated 4th December 2024, the said students were permitted to submit their examination forms.

The request is opposed by the learned Senior Advocate appearing 1/2 911-IA-8185-2025.doc Dixit

for the respondent no.3 on the ground that the basic requirements that are to be satisfied by the College were not found to be sufficient. However by an interim order, they have been permitted to run the said College. 3.

We have perused the interim orders passed earlier which permitted the students to pursue their further education which is made subject to outcome of the writ petition. Since the results of these three students have been withheld, they are unable to pursue their education further. We are therefore inclined to direct the respondent no.3 to declare the results of the said three students referred to in the communication dated 23rd April 2025 so that they can pursue further education. This would be subject to outcome of the writ petition.
