By this Application, the Applicant's seeks modification of the corrected judgment dated 26th February 2024. The learned counsel submits that, by the said judgment this Court has dismissed the Appeal filed by the Transport Manager, Thane Municipal Transport Undertaking who is the Government Organization therefore it facing N.S. 910-IA-8252-25 IN FA-1170-18.doc difficulties in their audit to prepare statement of finance. Hence, requested to modify the order accordingly.

The learned counsel for Respondent submits that, they have no objection to modify the said judgment and appropriate order be passed.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel judgment dated 26th February 2024 in the order part Clause-(iii) is modified as under:- "The Appellant-Corporation shall deposit enhanced amount along with accrued interest and remaining balance amount alongwith accrued interest thereon within six weeks after receipt of the order".
