By this Application, the Applicant prays that her result for the MS Ayurveda examination that was conducted in Winter 2024 be directed to be declared.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.5 that since, the Petitioner has not produced her Caste Validity Certificate, she is not eligible to seek admission. On this ground her result has not been declared. Suresh 1/2

Since the Petitioner has challenged the order dated 16th May 2022 passed by the Respondent No.2- District Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Kolhapur in the present Writ Petition which is pending, subject to outcome of this Writ Petition, her result can be declared.

Accordingly, it is directed that the Petitioner's result of the examination held in Winter 2024 be declared by 12th May 2025. It is made clear that on declaration of her result, the Petitioner would not claim any equity and that steps taken thereafter would be subject to outcome of the Writ Petition. 5.
The Interim Application is disposed of.
