Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied with the explanation. In these circumstances, the delay in filing the above First Appeal is hereby condoned.

Now that the delay is condoned, all further office objections shall be removed by the Advocate for the Applicant/Appellant within 4 weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no orders as to the costs.
