The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 64 days in filing the First Appeal. It is vehemently opposed by the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3, who are the main contesting respondents. 2.

Now that the delay is condoned, the Advocates for the Appellants shall remove all other office objections within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, the Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
