Considering the order dated 14th June 2024 passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court (Coram: B. P. Colabawalla 3rd June 2025

Pooniwalla, JJ.) in the present Writ Petition dealing with this issue and has permitted the slaughter of animals, at least for the festival of Bakri Eid and the Urus in the year 2024, this order shall apply during the festival of Bakri Eid on 7th June 2025 and the Urus from 8th June 2025 to 12th June 2025. The permission is applicable to the Petitioner as well as the devotees of the Petitioner-Dargah 2.

We make it clear that the conditions imposed in the order dated 14th June 2024 shall also apply to this year and be strictly complied with.
