At the outset, Mr. Sumanth Anchan, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have been served. Packet containing the notice sent to the Respondent No.3 has returned with remark "left the address". However, he states that the contesting Respondents are Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Mr. Sanket Dhawan, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 opposes the Interim Application. 5.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 6.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.

The Second Appeal be listed for admission on 5th August 2025.
