Heard the learned Counsel for the Appellant.

This is an Application for bringing on record the legal representatives of Respondent No.20, who passed away on 24th October 2024.

In paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Application, the Applicant has ascribed reasons for the delay of 30 days in taking out the Application to bring the legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.20 on record.

For the reasons ascribed in the Application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay deserves to be condoned, and the Applicant permitted to bring legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.20 on record.

Thus the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The delay in filing the Application stands condone. The Applicant is permitted to bring the legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.20 on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks.

Application disposed.

Issue notice to the newly impleaded legal representatives of Respondent No.20 returnable on 5th August 2025 . 2/3
