The order dated 6th September 2024 passed by the Family Court which prompted the petitioner to file the present petition reads thus: ORDER BELOW EXH.1 1.

Petitioner along with his advocate, respondent along with her advocate are present. Both despite the directions of this court, advocate for the petitioner and the petitioner himself are arguing at the same time in core, creating a mess in the Court. 2.

Learned counsel is asked to show the application pending but again the petitioner and his advocate started arguing at the same time in the same manner. Again she is directed to argue properly without allowing the petitioner to interfere in the matter." Mugdha

The petitioner has made multiple prayers in the present petition without impugning any order rejecting the said prayers by the Family Court. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The Petition is dismissed.
