C:- This Interim Application has been taken out for condonation of delay of 30 days in filing this Interim Application, for recalling the Order dated 24th January, 2025, dismissing the First Appeal for nonprosecution and for restoring the First Appeal. I have perused the Interim Application. In my view, sufficient cause has been shown therein for condonation of delay, for setting aside S.R.JOSHI

In these circumstances, the First Appeal is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read as under:- "(a) this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to condone the delay of 30 days for filing present Interim Application. (b) this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to recall the Order dated 24.01.2025 and restore the aforesaid First Appeal in its original position."

There will be no order as to costs.
