In terms of order dated 10th June 2025, this Court is informed that the petitioners indeed paid amount of 10 Lakhs to the respondent No.5 ₹ - Credit Society in order to show their bona fide. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits on instructions that the petitioners would sit with respondent No.5 - Credit Society to discuss a way out of the situation, highlighting the fact that the principal borrower i.e. husband of the petitioner No.1 has expired.

Adjourned to 30th June 2025, "High on Board", with a direction to the petitioners to pay further amount of 10 Lakhs to respondent No.5 - ₹ Credit Society on or before 28th June 2025.

The interim direction of no coercive steps being taken till the next date, shall continue to operate till 30th June 2025, with a further clarification that in the event the petitioners fail to abide by the directions contained in this order, the ad-interim protection shall stand vacated.
