25 March 2026 ORDER :
1.
By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT condonation of delay of 43 days in filing of the Interim Application. Digitally signed by SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT Date:
2026.03.25 19:29:48 +0530 Further, the Applicant is seeking setting aside of the order dated 17th January 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial - I), which had rejected the Writ Petition for non removal of office objections. 1/3
2.
It is stated in the Interim Application that the Advocate for the Applicant had failed to comply with the conditional order dated 17th January 2025 by removing the office objections within the stipulated period of two weeks from passing of the conditional order.
3.
We have considered the averments in the Interim Application. The Applicant should not be made to suffer on account of default on the part of his Advocate. Inspite of more than one opportunity granted to the Advocate for the Applicant to remove the office objections, they have failed to do so. 4.
Accordingly, we pass the following order :- (i) The delay of 43 days in filing of the Interim Application is condoned.
(ii) The conditional order dated 17th January 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial - I) which had rejected the captioned Writ Petition for non-removal of office objections is set aside.
2/3
(iii) The captioned Writ Petition is restored to file of this Court.
(iv) The Applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of three weeks from this order. Failure to do so will result in the Writ Petition being dismissed without further reference to this Court.
(v) Interim Application is accordingly, disposed of with no order as to costs.
