The present Interim Application has been preferred by the Applicants seeking to implead the heirs and legal representative of Respondent no.5, who is stated to have passed away on 20th February 2012. This Court has perused the said Interim Application and is satisfied with the reasons set out therein explaining the delay in preferring the same. 2.

Moreover, there is no opposition to this Interim Application from the Respondents.

Considering this, the said Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Copy of the First Appeal shall thereafter be served on all the parties including the newly added Respondent and Affidavit-of-Service to that effect shall also be filed on or before the next date. 6.
