This interim application is filed to bring certain events post filing of the appeal on record.

Although the interim application was served long back, there is no reply filed to the same. The learned counsel for the respondent states that he does not wish to file any reply. 3.

Since there is no rebuttal to the interim application, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendments as per Schedules 'I' and 'II' to be carried out within four weeks from today. Amended copy to be served on all the parties. 4.

The learned counsel for the respondent states that he be given a liberty to oppose the amendments at the time of final hearing. Liberty is granted.
