The Interim Application is taken out for restoration of the Civil Revision Application which has been dismissed for non-prosecution by the Order dated 21st February 2025 passed by this Court. 2.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Accordingly, the Civil Revision Application is restored to the file of this Court. 3.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
