Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an Application to bring on record the legal representatives of the sole Respondent, who passed away on 23rd February 2025. The 1/2

70-CRA-403-2022.DOC Application is preferred within the stipulated period of limitation. It is supported by death certificate and Affidavit. 3.

Mr. Gorwadkar, the learned Counsel who appears for the newly Respondents submits that, he has instructions to appear on behalf of the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent and have no objection to bring them on record.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Applicants are permitted to bring the legal representatives of deceased sole Respondent on record. 5.

Necessary amendment in the Civil Revision Application be carried out within a period of two weeks.

Application disposed.

Issue notice to Respondent Nos. 1(a) to 1(c). 8.
