Be pleased to allow present applicants to be taken on record as the legal heirs and representatives of Gopal Ganu Shelke (since deceased) in Cross Objection (St.) No.6084 of 2015 in First Appeal No.1315 of 2014 and be pleased to permit the applicants to carry out the amendment in Cross Objection (St.) No.6084 of 2015 in First Appeal No.1315 of 2014 accordingly." 2.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(g) as well as the learned AGP appearing on behalf of the State fairly stated that they have no objection if the above Interim Application is allowed.

Accordingly, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) reproduced above. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Cross-Objections shall be served on all the parties immediately thereafter.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
