On hearing the counsel for the parties, we admit the appeal. The learned Counsel for the Respondent waives service. The Respondent is at liberty to file Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of 8 weeks.

The Appellant is also at liberty to prepare a paper book and file the same within 8 weeks and is at liberty to circulate the appeal for early hearing.

The wife is at liberty to file appropriate application seeking maintenance as well as for maintaining the child including his education expenses.

As far as I.A. No. 8596 of 2025, it seek restraint order against the Respondent from remarriage. But the counsel representing the respondent informed the Court that he has already performed a marriage after the decree being passed on 06.01.2025 by the Family Court Pune in Petition No. A-349 of 2022 in the wake of above Interim Application stands disposed of.
