Learned counsel for the applicant insisted for stay as respondent No.5 may withdraw the amount deposited before the learned Trial Court. Learned counsel for respondent No.5 submitted that the Trial Judge is on leave, hence, he is not in position to withdraw the amount. The date before the Trial Court is 26th June 2025, hence, the matter be kept before that date.
