This Interim Application is filed praying for restoration of the Writ Petition, which came to be dismissed in pursuance of order dated 23rd April 2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. By the said order, the Petitioner was directed to supply spare copies of the Petition in the Registry within a period of two weeks. Such order was not complied. It is stated that there was delay of one day in submitting copies in the Registry.

We have perused the averments as made in the application and in our opinion, in the interest of justice, the Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court. The Interim Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (c). 3.

Let a copy of this Petition, if not served, be served on Respondents. 4.
