Heard learned Counsel for the Applicants/Developers, who has moved a fresh application after the interim relief granted earlier was vacated by order dated 03.02.2025. It happened because the Applicants could not sell the subject flat and could not comply with the order of deposit.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants states on instructions that Applicants are ready to make payment of the principal amount directly in favour of the Respondent/allottee on 26.06.2025. He has placed on record a copy of email communication indicating that the Advocate for Respondent was served with the notice of today's hearing. However, nobody is appearing for the Respondent.

Stand over to 26.06.2025. Liberty to serve a fresh notice of next date alongwith copy of this order, upon the Counsel for Respondent.
