Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that this Interim Application is to bring on record the legal heirs of Respondent Nos. 4 and 10. He submits that although there is delay in filing the Interim Application, the same is adequately explained. 2.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents opposes the Interim Application.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "a" "b" and "d". Amendment be Mayur
