As per office note, the notices issued to Respondent Nos.1 & 2 are returned unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 08/04/2025, "Respondent not found and building found demolished".

The learned Advocate for Applicant is not aware of any other addresses of Respondent Nos.1 & 2. Thus, only option left is to serve

the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 by way of paper publication.

The addresses of above Respondent Nos.1 & 2 mentioned in the notices are same as mentioned in the Interim Application and in the memo of Civil Revision Application as well as (R) Appeal No.287 of 2016 in R.A.D. & E.Suit.No.

292/501 of 2012 before the Trial Court.

In turn, Interim Application No.8837 of 2025 for paper publication is allowed. Issue paper publication notice to the Respondent Nos.1 & 2. The learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to collect the publication notice within 02 (two) weeks and submit service affidavit with paper cutout within 08 (eight) weeks.
