Mr. Misar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants, states that Interim Application No.8864 of 2025 is taken out to bring on record the legal heirs and the representatives of the Applicant in Civil Revision Application. He states that however earlier Application for the same relief has been filed and the same is allowed. He therefore seeks withdrawal of the Interim Application No.8864 of 2025. 2.
Accordingly, Interim Application No.8864 of 2025 is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
