This Interim Application seeks condonation of delay of 96 days in filing the Interim Application and restoration of the present First Appeal. 2.

I have perused the Interim Application. The contents of the Interim Application shows sufficient cause for condonation of delay of 96 days in filing the present Application.

Further, for the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the First Appeal is required to be restored to the file of this Court. 4.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayers (a) and (b) which read as under :
