This application is filed praying for intervention in the present petition. We have perused the averments as made in the interim application. We find that the intervention is solely on some information which has been sought by the Applicants under the Right to Information Act that the Applicants are encroachers who are recognised by the MHADA. We do not understand such nomenclature, also there is no list of MHADA recognising the rights of these Applicants. If the Applicants have no legal rights in respect of the land in question or any entitlement otherwise for rehabilitation or a permanent Meera Jadhav

2/2 6-ia-8987-25.doc alternate accommodation, it is for the Applicants to assert their legal rights in the proper proceedings. We keep open all rights and contentions in that regard. However, we certainly do not allow the intervention. Interim application is accordingly rejected.
