DATE:
JULY 4, 2025 P.C.:
1.
In view of the queries raised by this Court on 3rd February 2025 and 10th June 2025, the petitioner has filed an application for amendment of the PIL.
2.
From a perusal of the application for amendment, it is evident that the main petition runs into 39 pages and the petitioner, by way of amendment, wants to incorporate
8-PIL.111.2023.doc pleadings of 121 pages. Therefore, in the facts and circumstances of the case, instead of permitting the petitioner to file additional affidavit as well as to amend the petition, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
3.
Accordingly, the PIL is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh PIL, if so advised. 4.
The interim application also stands disposed of. (SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.) (CHIEF JUSTICE)
