By this Interim Application, the Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 29 days caused in filing the aforesaid Appeal. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondent opposes the Application. However, having perused paragraphs 3 to 5 of the Application, we find that the Applicant has made out 'Sufficient Cause' for condoning the delay of 29 days caused in filing the aforesaid Appeal.
