Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that copies were served in March 2025 and therefore, reply could have been filed by now. He submits that apart from the fact that the partner of Applicant is an aged person, the appeals are of the years 2011 and 2012 which are still pending for admission. He therefore submits that no adjournment be granted.

Considering the nature of prayers, it is found necessary that the application is heard after reply is filed. 5.
