As per the order dated 20th June 2025, time was granted to LATA SUNIL PANJWANI Date: 2025.10.07 11:51:30 +0530 deposit till 18th August 2025 but not deposited and even extension is not sought.

So let the Applicant to deposit this amount on or before 10 th October 2025. If the amount is not deposited, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without reference to the Court and the Executing Court is at liberty to proceed if the execution is filed. (S.M. MODAK, J.)
