The matter is taken on Board by way of a praecipe moved on behalf of the Petitioner-father. The matter was supposed to come on Board of regular Court today but the regular Court is not sitting today.

Read the order dated 20th June 2025. New Advocate of the Respondent-wife has appeared on that day and sought time. In view of that this Court has extended the weekend access upto 26th June 2025.

It is submitted today that the Petitioner-father and daughter-

LSP 2 p-1 ia 9036.25.doc Trisha are at Lonavla. There is an oral prayer about extending this access upto Monday i.e. 30th June 2025 and matter be kept on that day.

The reply is prepared by the Respondent-wife. Its copy is given to learned Advocate for the Petitioner-husband today. Respondent-wife to file reply in the office. It is true that Petitionerhusband is required to give some time to go through the reply. 5.
