Mr. Aagam Mehta, the learned counsel, submits that, he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondents and undertakes to file Vakalatnama within a period of one week.

This is an application for condonation of 9 days delay in filing the revision application against the judgment and decree passed by the Appellate Bench of Court of Small Causes at Mumbai on 5th March varsha

The learned counsel for the respondents resists the prayer to condone the delay.

Having regard to the short period of delay and the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay deserves to be condoned.

Hence, the following order:

ORDER

i) The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

ii) Delay in filing the revision application stands condoned.

Application stands disposed of.

8.

Revision application be registered and listed for admission as a fresh matter.
