This is an application for amendment to the Cause Title of the First Appeal as indicated in the Schedule of Amendment (Exhibit-D). Perusal of the impugned Judgment shows that there was a mistake in the array of Respondents. 3.

In that view of the matter, the Interim Application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to carry out necessary amendment in the Cause Title of the First Appeal as prayed.
