The above Interim Application is filed, seeking a restoration of the above Writ Petition which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

Having heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner as well as Mr. Sharma, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 JUNE 24, 2025 S.R.JOSHI

2-ia-9098-2025.doc and 2, we are satisfied with the explanation given in the Interim Application. Accordingly, we set aside the order dated 13th February, 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judl.I) and restore the above Writ Petition to file of this Court. Now that the Writ Petition is restored, the Advocates for the Applicants/Petitioner shall remove all office objections within a period of 4 weeks from today, failing which the above Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and no further application for restoration will be entertained.

The above Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
