Mr. Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant states that the original appellant has expired on 23 October 2025 and, therefore, he will take out appropriate proceedings to bring legal heirs on record. Application for bringing legal heirs on record to be filed within four weeks from today. Liberty to the applicant/appellant to move the Court, after the application is filed. Till 8 December 2025, no coercive action to be taken by the respondents. 2.
