This is an Application by the Insurance Company seeking permission to serve the Respondent No. 8 through paper publication. It is specifically averred that the address on which the Respondent No. 8 was attempted to be served, was last known correct address and despite best efforts, present whereabouts of the Respondent No. 8 could not be traced. The service report indicates that the Respondent No. 8 is not residing at the address available on record.

Considering the averments, the Interim Application is allowed. The Applicant-Insurance Company is permitted to serve the Respondent No. 8 akn 1/2
