Learned counsel for the applicant only presses prayer clause b1, which reads thus :

"b1.

The Applicant be permitted to have access of Minor daughter on 17/10/2025 and on 18/10/2025 in order to celebrate Grihpravesh Pooja scheduled on 18/10/2025 at Nashik".

Insofar as the other prayers are concerned, learned counsel for the applicant, at this stage, does not press the said reliefs and seeks liberty to renew his prayers as and when occasion arises.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a Grihpravesh ceremony is scheduled on Saturday, 18th October 2025, at Nashik and that the said Pooja is to be performed by the applicant's minor daughter, Vaidehi. He, therefore, prays that the respondent be directed to bring the daughter to Nashik on Friday evening, i.e., 17th October 2025, so as to enable her to attend the ceremony.

He further submits that the applicant will make all necessary arrangements for the stay of the respondent and the minor daughter in a hotel at Nashik, from Friday, 17th October 2025, till Sunday, 19th October 2025, and will also provide a vehicle for their travel from Pune to Nashik on 17th October 2025 and for the return journey from Nashik to Pune on 19th October 2025. The respondent, who is present in Court, states that she has no objection to travelling to Nashik on Friday evening with her daughter and returning to Pune on Sunday morning. She further states that she will hand over the custody of Vaidehi to the applicant on Saturday, 18th October 2025 at 10:00 a.m., and that the applicant shall return the child to her by 8:00 p.m. on the same day, after completion of the Pooja.

The respondent, who is present in Court, assures that she will abide by the order passed today. It is made clear that in 3/4
