Heard Mr. Sadasivan, learned Advocate for Applicant in Interim Application and Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate for Petitioners. 2.

Pursuant to the directions contained in the order dated 23.07.2025, parties have filed their pleadings. 3.

Mr. Mishra would submit that he desires to file a surRejoinder pursuant to passing of order dated 23.07.2025. He would fairly inform the Court that in so far as provident fund of the Respondents is concerned, the same has been already processed. In regard to entitlement of pension, Mr. Mishra would submit that the

Today, when the Petition is listed on Board, Writ Petition No.1397 of 2023 which is companion Petition filed by Petitioner is not listed on the Board.

Leave to file Sur-Rejoinder is granted to Mr. Mishra. Department is directed to accept Reply from Mr. Mishra. 6.

Parties are directed to take steps to tag both the Writ Petitions together since Writ Petition No.1397 of 2023 is filed on the Original Side. That order dated 08.07.2024 passed by this Court (Coram: Avinash G. Gharote, J.) directed that Petition be tagged together since challenge in both the Petitions is with respect to same order. It appears that because of that order possibly, Writ Petitions were shown together.

However appropriate orders be obtained by the parties by approaching the concerned Registrar from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for taking the Petitions together.

List the present Writ Petition alongwith Writ Petition (O.S) No.1397 of 2023 on 14th October 2025.
