Heard Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate for Petitioners and Mr. Sadasivan, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 in WP and Applicant in IA.

The proposal along with complete service book as delineated in paragraph No. 4 of the order dated 17.11.2025 shall be forwarded by Petitioner Trust and its executive officer or headmaster / headmistress

or the principal of the institution who ever may be in-charge notwithstanding in all its entirety along with all necessary papers, inter alia, pertaining to the service rendered by Dr. Bhaskar Trivedi to the Institution until his age of superannuation. Such proposal shall be forwarded along with complete service book of computation of pension and any other post-retirement benefits as may be due and payable to Dr. Trivedi by the Joint Director of Education, Mumbai. The proposal as delineated above shall be submitted within a period of three weeks from today. If Dr. Trivedi is required to sign any of the forms in the proposal, he shall on the basis of the server copy of this order immediately get in touch with Petitioner and its functionaries and sign those papers if so required.

But for no reason the period of three weeks shall be extended further. Once the proposal is sent to the Joint Director of Education, Mumbai who is the Competent Authority, he shall consider the same and approve / sanction the same along with proper computation and calculation of the emoluments within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of proposal. Thereafter the same shall be sent for sanction to the Accountant General. Once the same is received by the Accountant Geneal, he is directed by this Court to give necessary approval within a period of two weeks therefrom. Once the approval is given to the proposal, Dr.
