INTERIM APPLICATION NO.9138 OF 2025 1.
This application is taken out by original respondent-husband. By order dated 3 March 2020, to secure the rent which was payable to the original appellant, this Court had passed an order directing mother of the respondent-husband to deposit sum of Rs.20 Lakhs in this Court so that if there is any default in future, the said deposit can

There is no dispute that the original respondent was regularly paying the rent upto March 2025. However, subsequent to March 2025 on account of financial difficulty, he is unable to pay. Therefore, by this application he seeks appropriate orders of this Court to permit the appellant-wife to withdraw Rs.4,01,232/- being rent for the period April 2025 to September 2025. 3.
The Registrar is directed to break the Fixed Deposit of the amount which was deposited under the order dated 3 March 2020 and remit sum of Rs.4,01,232/- to the appellant-wife. This exercise should be completed within 4 weeks from today. 4.
The respondent-husband who is appearing in person states that he will take necessary steps to replenish the sum withdrawn by the appellant-wife from the Court, so that the amount of Rs.20 Lakhs remains intact in this Court.

The present Interim Application No.9138 of 2025 is disposed of.
