The Petitioners have taken out Interim Application No. 9150 of 2025, seeking to bring on record the legal heirs of Respondent No.8, who has passed away. However, this Interim Application has not been served on all the parties and the learned Counsel for the Applicants seeks time to serve the same.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners is directed to serve this Interim Application on the parties within a period of two weeks from today and file an affidavit of service to that effect. 3.
