By consent of the parties, the following changes are made: AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Date: 2026.04.15 12:38:57 +0530 (i) The first sentence of paragraph 5 shall stand replaced as under: "Considering this, the present Interim Application is allowed and the Applicant is permitted to implead proposed Respondent nos. 6 and 7 to the present Interim Application as Respondent nos. 6 and 7" (ii) Amendment to the First Appeal shall be carried out on or before 16th April 2026.
